The core business engages in refurbishment, reengineering and remarketing of IT products. Complimentary service offerings have grown around its product offerings to include flexible financing, coordinated deployment, forward/ reverse logistics, field service, asset disposition and electronics recycling. .

PC Parts provides niche business process outsourcing for the IT hardware repair/ service supply chain. The company offers a suite of logistical and system integration services coupled with proprietary data informatics that facilitate the strategic inventory planning, distribution, logistics and transportation of critical service parts in the field prior to their consumption (usage). PC Parts utilizes a blend of reverse engineering and remanufacturing techniques to enhance product quality and value. Its customers include service organizations, value-added resellers, as well as other distributors of computer parts.
