GreenLoop IT’s unique closed loop, green technology lifecycle management programs are designed to allay worldwide material shortages and sharp rises in material costs by extending the useful life of technology equipment. These programs are offered to IT service providers and equipment resellers (and indirectly, their end user customers). The core business engages in refurbishment, reengineering and remarketing of IT products. Complimentary service offerings have grown around its product offerings to include flexible financing, coordinated deployment, forward/ reverse logistics, field service, asset disposition and electronics recycling. .
PC Parts, Inc.
PC Parts, the core business, is a well-established distributor (est. 1992) of out-of-warranty IT replacement and spare parts to the IT service maintenance industry. PC Parts utilizes a blend of reverse engineering and remanufacturing techniques to enhance product quality and value. PC Parts also provides a unique suite of logistical and system integration services that facilitate the strategic forward placement of critical service parts in the field prior to consumption (usage). 
PennData Networks
Penn Data Networks is a regional IT service organization providing managed logistics, technology refresh services, computer service maintenance/ repair and temporary staffing services; both sub-contracted through IT service providers and directly to the public and private sector. These services are bundled with PC Surplus Recycling as a combined suite of services. 
PC Surplus Online
PC Surplus Online is an e-commerce electronics reseller business property selling IT computer parts and refurbished complete computer products to retail customers and small computer resellers via several web properties 
PC Surplus Recycling
PC Surplus Recycling is an electronics scrap recycling business that carries an exclusive, multi-year engagement with the Commonwealth of PA to reclaim, remarket and/ or recycle their retired IT equipment on a Department of Environmental Protection permitted basis. These “green IT” services are becoming more prevalent across all commercial and public sector organizations. Furthermore, individual state legislation's are placing more stringent requirements on the disposal of retired IT equipment. These services are bundled with Penn Data Networks as a combined suite of services.

Technology Value Financial is a full service financial organization providing customized leasing solutions to the IT equipment reseller industry. Technology Value Financial offers a blend of reseller and end user organization IT lifecycle management programs that include, but are not limited to easy and economic deployment of new IT assets and effective disposition of retired IT assets in an environmentally responsible manner.
